Kenshu Shintsubo

東京生まれ。東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科博士課程修了。写真を起点に、ドローイングやテクストを相互に往還しながら、イメージ／身体／風景の照応と、写真に固有の時間性を探っている。主な作品集に『Spring Ephemeral』（FOIL）、池上高志との共作『Rugged TimeScape』（FOIL）、『\風景』（KADOKAWA）など。近年参加した主な展覧会に「New Pictures 뉴-픽쳐ス」（The Reference、ソウル）、「国際的非暴力展 #SUM_MER_2025」（京都市立芸術大学 @KCUA、京都）。個展に「消え入りそうなほど　細かくて微妙な」（Mizuma Art Gallery）など。

Born in Tokyo. He completed the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts, and holds a Ph.D. in Fine Arts. Beginning with photography, he moves between drawing and text to explore correspondences among image, body, and landscape, as well as the temporality of photography.Selected publications: Spring Ephemeral (FOIL); Rugged TimeScape (with Takashi Ikegami; FOIL); \Landscape (KADOKAWA).
